Kazakh warlords

Prior to Update v.1.5.0, «The Ruin», Kazakhstan was split up into various warlord states lacking any skeleton content other than when they would declare war on each other. In "The Ruin", this content was reworked and the Kazakh SSR's civil war was reworked to deal more with Russian immigration as a result of the various inter-warlord conflicts to the north.

While the Kazakh SSR was not removed, its content has been entirely changed and the territory of all previous warlords has been given to it at game start.
