The Italian People's Party was a Christian democratic political party active in the 20s in the Italian Empire. It can be reformed if the National Fascist Party is overthrown and Italy transitions into a capitalist democracy.

The party is a mainly centrist organization, and has several internal factions:
- Dorotei: The largest and most moderate faction. It is named after Santa Dorotea, a Roman convent where the faction was founded. Aldo Moro is a member of the Dorotei.
- Nuove Cronache: Situated on the moderate left, the party favours cooperation with the Italian socialist and center-left parties.
- Rinnovamento Democratico: The furthest left wing, the faction strongly supports the unions in Italy.
- Primavera: The most conservative of the factions. It favours traditional conservatism and cooperation with the Italian right.
