Kamchatka, officially The Pacific Fleet, is a Russian warlord state in the Far East. It borders Unorganized Siberian Territories to the north-east and the Empire of Japan to the south-west, through the Kuril Islands. The home of the Soviet Pacific Fleet remnants, the only source of living for the sailors of Kamchatka is smuggling and piracy across the Pacific, hindering the Japanese and the Americans in their competition of the area.
In-game[]
The Soviet Pacific Fleet can be invaded by the Far East unifiers through the Smuta, a series of decisions that allows them to attack each other and unify eastern Russia. Both Irkutsk and Buryatia are notably able to contact the naval remnants should the two nations border each other, allowing the Pacific Fleet to be peacefully annexed. This transfers the fleet's territory, unit leaders, and navy to Irkutsk.

- Although the country has no role in the base mod aside from serving as a road block for the Far East unifiers, typically being taken by Divine Mandate of Siberia, one of the more popular Submods for The New Order, Kamchatka: The Pacific Fleet, gives them content. Rather than turn them into a proper unifier, the mod instead has the player play as Kamchatka as they prepare to have the Soviet Pacific Fleet leave the country and join the West Russian Revolutionary Front.
