Apparently, Okhotin was originally going to be the one who would have had a falling out with Konstantin Rodzaevsky instead of Mikhail Matkovsky, as he was originally present in Magadan. This was apparently changed quite late, as he can still be found as the leader of the country in the Old World Blues demo.
