Ludwig Erhard is a German politician and economist, who becomes a member of the Gang of Four under Albert Speer when the German Civil War erupts, and the Reichsminister of Economics if Speer wins. He had already predicted the coming collapse of the German economy during the early 1950s, but no one in Germany took him seriously until now.
