Mao Anying (born 24 October 1922) is a general of Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic.
He is the eldest son of Mao Zedong and Yang Kaihui.
During World War II, he would travel to Russia and would petition to join the Red Army of the USSR but after the fall of Moscow and the entire nation itself, he would flee to Kazakhstan and continue to cooperate with his father in China. However, when Mao Zedong was killed in the Battle of Chongqing, Mao Anying, would have to stop.
Mao Anying graduated at a military academy in Astana and would become a general of the Kazakh SSR.
