History[]
Born out of the ashes of the Mongol Local Autonomy Political Affairs Committee’s territory (The Pailingmiao Council), Prince Demchugdongrub was put on the throne of the fledgling nation, with generals such as Li Shouxin at his side.
During the Second Sino-Japanese War, the Mongolians in Mengjiang served against the United Front, helping in the advances past the Taihang Mountains and into Shanxi and Shaanxi, and also in the invasion of the Northwest. In 1940, General Li Shouxin, an important and extremely influential figure in Mengjiang, signed an agreement in Qingdao, declaring it to be officially part of China as the Mongol Autonomous Federation, but the territory stayed de facto independent.
After the fall of the Soviet Union, Mongolia was ready to be harvested and annexed to the puppet state of Mengjiang. Japan and the state of Mengjiang advanced rapidly, occupying the central and eastern parts. From then on, the remnants of the MAN and other Mongols were defeated and could not resist the Japanese advance and the former MAN politician Yuumjaagiin Tsedenbaal was executed and all of Mongolia was annexed to the puppet state of Mengjiang led by Demchugdongrub and the conditions for the mongol people improved and they joined the co-prosperity sphere of Greater East Asia.
