Mikhail Pervukhin (born 14th October 1904) is an industrial minister and a hardline Stalinist from the West Siberian People's Republic, commonly known as Tyumen.

After the collapse of the West Siberian People's Republic, Mikhail Pervukhin together with his group of partisans hid in the mountains of the southern Urals. Upon hearing about the death of Sergey Taboritsky, the Pervukhin's group begins to work. In Orenburg, the proclamation of Revolutionary Communes of Orenburg is announced, and Mikhail Pervuchin is declared the genral secretary. Pervukhin wants to fulfill Lazar Kaganovich's and Nikita Khrushchev's dreams of establishing a Stalinist dictatorship and keeping his ideology alive.
