Nikolai Semyonovich Kardasev (born 25th April 1932) is a Ultravisionary Soviet and is a potential successor of Andrei Zhdanov rivaling Vladimir Chelomey, also the potential leader of the post-Midnight warlord, the Chelyabinsk Institute. In OTL, he is known for inventing the Kardashev Scale.
