Olier Mordrel (born 29 April 1901) is a Breton nationalist, who is president of the Republic of Brittany and leader of the Breton National Party. Mordel has collaborated with the Germans since 1939, hoping that Germany would secure Breton independence, but instead of that Brittany became an autonomous region of the French State. When the SS State of Burgundy was created in the aftermath of the Schutzstaffel Rebellion, Mordel saw his chance and declared independence from France but stayed loyal to Germany. When the Reich started to crumble in the 1950s, Mordel started to import food from abroad and illegally began smuggling in goods to keep Brittany afloat. A decade later Brittany has become the staple port for illegal goods crossing into Germany.

Mordel's focus tree focuses on getting goods from countries outside of the Einheitspakt, expanding trade routes to different places of the world and modernizing infrastructure, along with education and research.
