Onega, officially the Anti-Communist Volunteer Guard, is a Russian warlord state in northern Russia. It borders the Republic of Finland to the west, the West Russian Revolutionary Front to the east, and Reichskommissariat Moskowien to the south.
Onega is allied with Finland, with the latter guaranteeing the independence of Onega. Onega is ruled by former Soviet military officer Vladimir Kirpichnikov.

Onega will get attacked by the unifier of western Russia and Finland will defend it if the opponent asks for more land than Finland is willing to give. If Onega and Finland push them back, an AI Finland will sign a peace treaty with them, allowing the Russians to annex Onega but nothing else. If Onega refuses, (an AI Onega will not refuse) and wins against the western Russians, it will Balkanize European Russia.
