The Oriental Government Commission, also known as Santa Cruz, is a separatist state rebelling from the Republic of Bolivia and a client state of the Republic of Paraguay. Its separation is justified by the supposed racial superiority of the local whites.
The nation will inevitably come into conflict with Bolivia, seeking to reunify the country under its own ideology.
