Pavel Yakovlevich Meshik (Ukrainian: Павло Якович Мешик; Russian: Павел Яковлевич Мешик) is an Ukrainian Marxist-Lennist politician and NKVD officer in Tyumen.

If the Black League unifies Western Siberia, Meshik defects from Lazar Kaganovich's clique in the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) to join the Black Hand, the Black League's secret police. If the Black League is defeated by Pavel Batov's insurgency, Meshik will create the People's Republic of Nizhny Tagil, and suppress any information that points to him having defected from the Communist Party.
