The Republic of San Marino is a microstate in Southern Europe that is surrounded on all sides by the Italian Empire. It is thus under heavy Italian influence, and its political path depends on whether the Verona Congress ends with Italy remaining fascist, becoming a capitalist democracy or undergoing a revolution.
