The Republic of Ukraine is a country formed by the Polissian Guard, a moderate nationalist Ukrainian partisan group, when they rise up against the German colonial government.

When the Ukrainian Civil War erupts, the Republic of Ukraine emerges in northwestern Ukraine. Should the Republicans emerge victorious, democratic elections will be held between three candidates: Vasyl Stus (of the United Struggle), Ivan Dziuba (of the Culturalists) and Oleksander Ohloblyn (of the Co-Authors). Ohloblyn is notably the only Ukrainian partisan leader who can negotiate with Germany to avoid war in exchange for Ukraine's re-entry into the Einheitspakt as a satellite state of the Reich.
