Theodor Oberländer (born 1st May 1905) is the incumbent President of the Reichstag of the Greater Germanic Reich.

As President of the Reichstag, Oberländer temporarily becomes Germany's head of government after Adolf Hitler's death, before the German Civil War erupts and Hans Speidel takes control of Germania.
If the Civil War is won by Martin Bormann, he can appoint Oberländer to lead Reichskommissariat Ukraine. If Albert Speer wins, the hardline conservatives in the National Socialist German Workers' Party eventually coalesce around Oberländer as their leader; if Speer's government collapses, Oberländer nominally replaces Helmut Schmidt as Germany's Foreign Minister, but effectively becomes Germany's true ruler, with Speer as his puppet.
