Vyatka begins owning three states; Izhevsk, Kudymkar, and Vyatka itself. The Tsardom is initially in control of The Izhevsk Mechanical plant, which grants solid bonuses to artillery and infantry equipment production. Like all Russian Warlords, it has the Luftwaffe terror bombing national modifier, which makes construction nigh impossible. Besides this, the state also begins with a harsh modifier to its military in the form of the disjointed white army. In terms of geography, Vyatka has an easily defensible river border with the Aryan Brotherhood to the south, and it is fully possible to repel every aRI-hAn raid across the border. However the river also stymies all but the most committed raids on the Brotherhood as well. Vyatka is also bordered to the north by the Unstable Komi Republic and the irrelevant Order of Saint George. To the west is the Vologdan neutral state, Tatarstan, and the ROA collaborators. Finally in the south lies the Bashkirs and Aryan Brotherhood. The main threats to Vyatka are the ROA, Komi, and the West Russian Revolutionary front, since the Aryan Brotherhood is generally incompetent at keeping its own economy from collapse, much less at keeping the Tsar's Army from liberating Perm. The most frequent threat to a Vyatka Playthrough is a combined assault from the ROA and a united Komi-WRRF front, though Komi is as likely to fight the WRRF as it is to side with it. Though the initial economic situation of Vyatka is akin to that of South Sudan, it can very quickly rise to modern levels even in the warlord age through the sale of high-quality Vodka, complete with modern levels of unpayable debt. The population of Vyatka as a whole is approximately 2 million, which gives a workable base for building a military force.
